Price trend remains intact within the channel as continued low interest rates and demand from Bay Area as well as Millennials continue to provide incremental demand.
Activity is average for the season, with Days On Market remaining near the below average mark in many areas.
Price per Square Foot is also showing a similar trend as the List and Selling Price. Trend changes show up in this chart much clearer.
